The owner was friendly and helpful, with quick responses to our questions. The apartment had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the lovely relaxing balcony. The location was perfect, right on the marina with lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants at our doorstep. It was also conveniently situated between Sabanillas and Castillo, making it ideal for exploring. The apartment complex felt safe and was reasonably quiet, but still had a lively buzz at night. Communication with the host was excellent, and the apartment was well-equipped with every appliance we needed.

Don't be put off by the entrance and stairs/lift. While they may not be the most attractive, it didn't detract from our overall experience.

We had a hassle-free stay at Duquesa Seafront Marina for a week. The owner was friendly and responsive, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, right on the marina with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. The apartment complex felt safe and quiet, but still had a lively atmosphere at night. The view from the apartment was amazing, overlooking the marina, sea, and beach. The property was clean, modern, and even had a bottle of red wine waiting for us.

The location was amazing, right on the marina with plenty of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket just a few seconds away. the apartment itself was modern and attractive, and we loved the fact that it wasn't noisy considering the lively marina atmosphere. the public parking outside was convenient, and the hosts, Rebecca and Carl, were friendly and efficient. We had a fabulous stay in this apartment during our romantic escape. The modern and clean apartment had everything we needed, and the views from the balcony were stunning. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants right at our doorstep. We also appreciated the easy communication with the host and the swift replies. it was a lovely experience with two key location facts and the advantage of having everything we needed in the apartment.

There was not much to dislike about our stay. The only minor downside was the entrance and stairs/lift, which could have been more appealing.
